Profile: Engineer (engine sector)
Age: 35-40 years
Minimum experience:  5 years in production – installation - endothermic engines running, better if on cogeneration systems.
 
Skills: mechanical engineer with experience in the sector of endothermic engines maintenance and coordination of maintenance teams.
Tasks: coordination of maintenance teams, relationship with customers and drawing up of reports, attitude at improving the customer's service, ability of analysing remote-collected data on  cogeneration systems, ability of analysing problems and formulating procedures for their resolution, ability of analysing the mechanical characteristics of the operating machinery components aimed at the improvements of the cogeneration technology.
